As a highly effective executive with extensive experience in developing innovative ways to reduce risk, while managing performance, he possesses the ability to reduce the cost of poor quality and provide strategic management.

Dr. Daly has over 35 years of experience supporting the regulatory and preclinical toxicology needs of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He is Board Certified in toxicology and regulatory affairs by the American Board of Toxicology and by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Society of Biology (London).
